• Ability to translate data into clear, board‑level cases.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for senior audiences.

• Shape and execute the SMB commercial strategy with the SMB Channel Managing Director.
• Translate market intelligence into strategic options and plans.
• Identify and lead growth initiatives to open new markets.
• Develop board and CEO level narratives to drive action.

• Define operating model and technology roadmap supporting strategy.
