Places for People is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities for high-volume residential development. You will manage site teams, coordinate contractors and key stakeholders, and work with Design, Commercial and Sales to drive programme performance and delivery.

You will oversee health and safety compliance, chair site meetings, monitor quality, and ensure customer defects are resolved within agreed timescales, while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Senior Site Manager for a housebuilder delivering high-volume residential developments.
• Proven track record of leading site teams in the delivery of high-quality new build housing.
• Valid CSCS Black Manager Card.
• HNC qualification (or equivalent) and membership of CIOB or similar body, plus full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead all on-site construction activities to deliver homes safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate contractors and key stakeholders with Design, Commercial and Sales teams to drive programme performance.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, chair regular site meetings, monitor quality standards and resolve defects within agreed timescales.
