Job summary

Madigan Gill in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established contractor/developer on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and drive build programmes to deliver large-scale residential schemes.

Ideal applicants will have a proven track record with a PLC housebuilder, strong leadership and safety credentials (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).

Qualifications

• Senior Site Manager experience within a PLC residential developer/housebuilder.
• Experience delivering volume housing or multi-unit residential schemes.
• Excellent leadership, programming and subcontractor management skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and construction activities.
