Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on-site construction, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will manage site teams and coordinate contractors, working closely with Design, Commercial and Sales to drive programme success.

You'll oversee health and safety, chair regular meetings and ensure defects are resolved promptly, while applying experience in high-volume housing development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site teams on high-volume residential developments.
• Valid CSCS Black Manager Card and full UK driving licence.
• HNC qualification and CIOB membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities to deliver homes safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders; drive programme performance with Design, Commercial and Sales teams.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, chair site meetings and address customer defects within agreed timescales.
