Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to work as No2 to the Project Manager on a £15m extra care home in Portchester, Hampshire. The role focuses on internal fit-out, site leadership and ensuring job progress to completion.

You will manage site-based activities, safety, QA, liaise with clients, run meetings, report progress, and mentor junior managers. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Senior / Site Manager.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are required.
• Experience building a care or retirement home is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site activities and short-term programming.
• Oversee health and safety and review method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate logistics, quality control, client liaison and progress reporting.
