Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a £15m new build extra-care residential scheme in Portchester. You will act as No.2 on site, taking responsibility for the East Block from fit-out to completion while overseeing progress across the West Block.

Reporting to the Project Manager and working with an Assistant Site Manager, you will drive the East Block forward, recover programme, and prepare for the next £15m care-home project in Bordon, securing follow-on

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects on complex schemes.
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality.
• Proven track record delivering fit-out through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the East Block fit-out to completion and oversee the West Block progress.
• Act as No.2 on site, reporting to the Project Manager and supporting the Assistant Site Manager.
• Drive programme recovery and coordinate with the wider project team.
