Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join an established construction team delivering care home projects, mainly traditional build. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day site management and help keep programmes on track.

The role requires practical experience on care home or residential projects, strong communication and organisational skills, and a willingness to travel for current and future sites around Stratford-upon-Avon and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Site Manager or similar in construction.
• Care home or residential project experience preferred.
• Good understanding of traditional build.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications required.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site management.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Monitor progress, quality and health & safety.
• Assist with programmes and planning.
• Carry out site inspections.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
