My client, a Leading Main Contractor based in London, currently has several exciting new projects. They are seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee one of their recently won projects.

The business is in a strong position, experiencing growth due to recent project wins. They are privately owned, highly respected, and work across sectors including Commercial, Residential, Fit Out, Heritage, Data Centres, and Industrial. They focus on collaboration, building strong client and professional relationships, and maintaining high standards of quality.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of refurbishment, cut & carve, and Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations from pre-start to handover.
• Manage health & safety on site, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with commercial and design teams to resolve issues and meet project goals.
• Lead site progress meetings and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record delivering high-value commercial or fit-out projects within a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
• 5+ years' experience in construction management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
