This role will be based in West London working on Commercial, residential, and hotel projects between £1m – £10m. This role may suit a candidate looking to advance their career. Candidates applying must have previous experience working for UK leading contractors.

Duties:

1. Preparation of aims and objectives
2. Formulation of procedures
3. Project organisation structure and construction supply chain
4. Preparation and delivery of strategic brief to contracts manager, client, and construction team
5. Formulation and delivery of risk management strategy
6. Preparation of development control plan
7. Development and maintenance of risk register and latest risk analysis
8. Time and resource planning
9. Outline schedule of key meetings and workshops
10. Coordination and monitoring of site investigation
11. Preparation of financial and progress reports for client meetings
12. Preparation of project closing documentation
13. Planning of logistics related to construction
