Senior Site Manager £40m Cat A Refurbishment
Location: London Liverpool Street
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Comprehensive Package + Bonus
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join the site team in delivering a landmark £40m Cat A commercial fit out and refurbishment at Liverpool Street a high-profile scheme in one of London s most dynamic commercial districts.

The Project:

This is a full-scale Cat A fit out and refurbishment including:

• A contemporary new reception and café area
  
• Refurbished basement showers and cycle storage
  
• Upgraded lift lobbies
  
• Revamped external landscaping with planting and seating
  
• High-spec end-of-journey facilities for commuters
  

A technically complex, design-led project with a strong emphasis on quality, logistics, and delivering in a live commercial environment.

The Role:

As Senior Site Manager, you ll lead the on-site team and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. You ll be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of site operations
  
• Programming, logistics and sequencing
  
• Leading subcontractors and ensuring site safety and compliance
  
• Client and consultant liaison, ensuring smooth communication across the board
  
• Driving best-in-class quality and finishes
  

What We re Looking For:

• Solid experience delivering Cat A refurbishments in central London
  
• Background in commercial fit-out and structural alterations
  
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid
  
• Proven ability to manage live environments and complex logistics
