Job summary

EKFB is seeking a General Foreman to lead on-site delivery across a section of work in Southam. You will supervise foremen and site operatives, ensuring work is completed to schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

You will drive methods, lead toolbox talks, monitor training, and coordinate equipment and material flows while mentoring the team to meet project goals and SHEQ requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive on-site experience on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in supervising labour, plant, and sub-contractors.
• Strong communication, planning and team-management skills.
• CSCS supervisor card and SMSTS qualification.
• Driving licence and own vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise daily works.
• Mentor foremen and supervisors across sections.
• Ensure works follow approved method statements and safety procedures.
• Record site inspections and daily production documents.
• Order equipment and manage materials deliveries.
