Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in South Wales seeks a Site Agent to deliver wastewater and water infrastructure projects across the region. You will own project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring works are safe, on programme, within budget and to quality standards.

The role collaborates with Project Managers, Engineers and commercial teams to coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors, manage site records and drive a strong health, safety culture on every site.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, water or wastewater projects.
• Previous experience as a Site Agent, Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete works, deep drainage and water infrastructure construction.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and construction programmes.
• Good understanding of project reporting and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations from planning through to completion.
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Delivering projects in line with programme, budget and quality requirements.
• Driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture.
• Leading site teams and managing subcontractor performance.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and commercial teams.
• Monitoring progress and resolving construction challenges.
• Maintaining site records, reports and project documentation.
• Supporting cost control, programme management and overall project performance.
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.
