Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Aftercare Manager to oversee projects through completion, handover and aftercare, ensuring high standards, timely defect resolution and excellent client satisfaction.

You will manage snagging, coordinate subcontractors and trades, maintain quality and safety, and build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Site Manager or similar role.
• Experience delivering high-quality projects and managing close-out.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through practical completion, handover and aftercare.
• Oversee snagging, defects and outstanding works through to resolution.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor quality and ensure works meet the required standards.
• Resolve technical and construction issues efficiently.
• Ensure handover documentation and project close-out are completed.
• Maintain health, safety and customer satisfaction.
