The role emphasizes delivery, handover and aftercare with a client-facing remit to maintain outstanding client satisfaction.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage defects and snagging, uphold safety, quality and programme targets, and represent the contractor at site meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering healthcare, education, mixed-use or commercial schemes.
• Strong site management and aftercare capabilities.
• Client-facing with excellent stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of construction processes, specifications and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and close-out of high-value projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades and manage defects and snagging.
• Ensure programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.
