Job summary

Role overview

We are looking for a Showroom Manager to manage the daily business of the showroom by providing a physical presence and by managing all customer interaction. To also assist the Head of Sales & Senior Showroom Manager in managing the sales environment, the people, and the process to ensure maximum profit opportunity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Showroom Manager will be:

• To ensure all enquires are handled to the highest standards on our systems each day by close of business.
• To manage the sales team, to ensure they achieve volume and margin targets
• To have the very best vehicle displays and forecourt areas.
• To manage the sales process and have an integral part within that with the customers.
• To achieve F & I commission and penetration objectives
• To ensure all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice

As a Showroom Manager you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
