Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting for a Customer Marketing Controller - Pureplay, VR and Portfolio to lead our Off Trade Customer Marketing team. • Extensive Customer Marketing experience across FMCG or consumer-focused environments.
• Ability to translate insights into action and drive growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and category understanding.
• Proven track record in developing and executing customer-led strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the Customer Marketing strategy, delivering shopper experiences that grow the beer and soft drinks portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end Customer Marketing agenda and annual activation plans.
• Develop and execute integrated in-store and online campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, conversion and loyalty.
• Execute portfolio activation across channels aligned to brand ambitions and commercial objectives.
• Build relationships with key customers and identify growth opportunities through retailer strategies and market insight.
• Deliver customer sell-in programmes to maximise activation impact.
• Measure performance using data and insight to continually improve ROI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create joined-up, customer-centric plans.
• Deliver trade engagement through customer events, communications, PR and external initiatives.
• Inspire, coach and develop a collaborative Customer Marketing team.
