Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager – Tesco (Beer) to drive Grocery shopper marketing strategy and activations for the Tesco account. This hybrid role requires leadership across Brand, Commercial, and Customer Marketing, delivering annual activation plans and championing Beer brands.

You will lead a team and collaborate with agency partners to achieve growth and strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Extensive shopper marketing and retail media experience within Grocery/Beer.
• Strong leadership to influence senior internal, customer and agency partners.
• Proven programme and project management delivering multiple workstreams on time and budget.
• Ability to interpret shopper and performance data into actionable plans.
• Experience managing large shopper marketing and media budgets with financial governance.
• High standards of execution with strategic, long-term thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Grocery channel and shopper marketing strategies within Tesco, translating plans into impactful activation programmes.
• Develop and deliver annual customer, brand and portfolio activation plans to drive engagement and commercial performance.
• Act as Customer Marketing Brand Champion for designated Beer brands, aligning across brand and shopper initiatives.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Marketing and agency partners to align priorities.
• Manage shopper marketing and retail media budgets, ensuring robust control and delivery.
• Drive measurement and continuous improvement by translating insights into actions.
• Lead, coach and develop a Customer Marketing Executive and foster a high-performing team.
