Job summary

Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company is recruiting a National Account Manager for Tesco. Field based with weekly travel to Hemel Hempstead site and customer visits. The role oversees the Tesco Beer P&L, develops annual plans, and leads cross-functional activations to drive volume, revenue and share.

The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG experience, exceptional account management skills, and proven ability to manage retailer partnerships and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG and managing grocery accounts.
• Proven ability to develop business proposals and shared-value plans.
• Strong relationships with retailers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Tesco Beer Joint Business Plan to grow volume and share.
• Build strategic relationships with Tesco buying functions and Online channels.
• Create customer-specific annual plans aligned to objectives.
• Partner with Category and Shopper Marketing for activations and promotions.
• Own Tesco Beer P&L and trade spend to improve ROI.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions for growth.
• Coordinate forecasting and risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets aligned to priorities and governance on promotions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to drive results.
