Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced ServiceNow programme lead to manage large, complex engagements, provide technical leadership, and guide delivery teams to successful outcomes.

You will design scalable ServiceNow workflows, align architectures with long-term customer goals, explore AI-augmented processes, and ensure high-quality deliverables such as configurations, integrations, testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services / ServiceNow project management.
• Strong expertise in Project Management, ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and Platform workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• PMP/Prince II certifications.
• Leads large and complex engagements with delivery teams, providing technical leadership to customers.
• Designs scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures aligned to long-term objectives, integrating AI into workflows and decision processes.
• Conducts workshops, assesses current-state processes, and defines future-state technical solutions.
• Uses AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.
• Reviews, guides, and validates technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Coaches and mentors Engagement Managers to drive solution quality and customer value realization.
