Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams with technical guidance.
• Design and validate ServiceNow workflows and technical architectures.
• Conduct workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Coach engagement managers to drive solution quality and outcomes.
