Qualifications

8+ years of professional services / ServiceNow projects management experience.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and platform workflows.
Professional certifications: CSA/CAD/CIS; PMP or Prince2.
Ability to lead large delivery teams and provide technical guidance to customers.
Experience designing scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures.
Experience conducting workshops and defining future-state solutions.
Use of AI tools to streamline workflows and generate insights.
Review and ensure quality of deliverables and documentation.
Mentor Engagement Managers and drive customer value realization.
