Job summary

Vallum Associates in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead large ServiceNow projects and professional services engagements. You will provide technical leadership, drive architecture decisions and ensure successful delivery across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM platforms.

Responsibilities include running workshops, shaping future-state solutions, integrating AI into workflows, and mentoring junior managers to maximize customer value and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Experience across PM, ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• Credentialed with CSA/CAD/CIS and PMP/Prince II where applicable.
• Leads large and complex engagements with delivery teams and customers.
• Designs scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned to long-term goals.
• Facilitates workshops and defines future-state technical solutions.
• Leverages AI to streamline workflows and generate insights.
• Reviews technical deliverables, ensuring quality and proper documentation.
• Coaches Engagement Managers and associates to drive value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead large complex engagements with delivery teams and customers.

• Guide workshops to capture current and future-state processes.
• Review configurations, testing and technical documentation.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagements for quality.
