Job summary

You will conduct workshops to map current-state processes, define future-state architectures, and oversee integrations, testing, and documentation for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large and complex ServiceNow engagements.
• Proven ability to design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned to long-term objectives.
• Experience conducting workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows to streamline processes and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-engagement delivery teams with strong technical guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM.
• Conduct workshops, evaluate current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Review and validate deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
