Job summary

EDF is seeking a ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect to lead architectural direction across a critical enterprise platform. You will partner with senior stakeholders and product teams to deliver secure, scalable digital services, spanning ITSM, HRSD, ITOM and more.

The role is hybrid, with flexibility on location in the UK. A starting salary of £70,000 per year with potential bonus is offered, along with a market-leading pension and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting ServiceNow in large-scale enterprises.
• Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, SecOps and IRM across platforms.
• Ability to define platform roadmaps, governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision, strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead solution design activities and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Govern platform architecture, standards, security controls and design best practices.
• Design and oversee integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy and service data management.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and influence key technology decisions.
