Job summary

EDF Energy in Gloucester is seeking a ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect to shape the enterprise service management landscape. You will provide architectural leadership across the ServiceNow platform, guiding secure, scalable, and innovative digital services while collaborating with senior stakeholders and product teams.

The role covers roadmaps, governance, integrations, CMDB, and data management, with a hybrid work model and a starting salary of 70,000 per year plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting ServiceNow in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery and service data management.
• Designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision, strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead solution design activities translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Govern platform architecture, standards, security controls and best practices.
• Design and oversee integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy and service data management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor colleagues across the team.
