Job summary
EDF is seeking a ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across a critical enterprise platform. You'll shape the platform's future, work with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and other modules, and influence business outcomes while delivering secure, scalable digital services.
This hybrid UK-based role offers a starting salary of £70,000 with potential for an annual bonus. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, product teams and other architects to drive technology
Qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to shape platform roadmaps, governance and strategy.
- Strong security, governance and development best practices in enterprise contexts.
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, SecOps and IRM modules.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architectural vision, strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead solution design activities translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Governing platform architecture, standards, security controls and design best practices.
- Design and oversee integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy and service data management.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring colleagues and influencing key technology decisions.
