You will define direction across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and related modules, shaping governance, security and integrations while collaborating with senior stakeholders and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting ServiceNow in large enterprise environments.
• Proficient across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, IRM.
• Strong platform governance and security practices.
• Ability translate requirements to scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow.
• Lead solution design translating business needs into tech designs.
• Oversee platform standards, security controls, and design best practices.
• Design integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy.
• Mentor colleagues and influence key technology decisions.
