EDF Energy is seeking a ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect to lead architectural direction for an enterprise-grade ServiceNow environment. Based in the UK, this hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site collaboration and exposure to ITSM, HRSD, ITOM and governance initiatives.

You will shape platform strategy, govern design standards, and mentor teams while delivering secure, scalable digital services that drive business value across EDF's operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in large, complex enterprises.
• Proven ability to define platform strategy and governance across multiple ServiceNow products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead solution design translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Govern platform architecture, standards, security controls and design best practices.
• Oversee integrations, CMDB strategy and service data management.
