EDF Energy invites a ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect to lead the enterprise platform strategy, spanning ITSM, HRSD, ITOM and related modules, delivering scalable, secure digital services.

You will define the platform roadmap, govern standards and security controls, drive integrations and CMDB strategy, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. Hybrid role with a starting salary of 70,000 per annum and potential for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Architecting ServiceNow solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Experience across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, SecOps and IRM.
• Platform architecture, security, governance and development best practices.
• CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and data management.
• Designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub and MID Servers.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision, strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead solution design translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Govern platform architecture, standards, security controls and design best practices.
• Design and oversee integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy and service data management.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring colleagues and influencing key technology decisions.
