Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a high energy ServiceNow Integration Admin Developer to join the IT Service Management Office. You will lead integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, design scalable ITSM solutions, and collaborate across IT groups to improve processes and user experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of development experience (JavaScript) and 2–3+ years ServiceNow development, with ITIL v4 Foundation certification and strong DevOps/CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience; scripting/coding (JavaScript preferred).
• 2-3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including designing, creating and configuring integrations.
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development: scripting, workflows, UI development.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile SCRUM, test cases and deployment.
• Experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Familiar with SOA and web services integration (SOAP, REST).
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Capable of translating business requirements into ServiceNow capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and design integration architectures between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Develop system integrations and process automation via REST APIs.
• Perform integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Assist with design and cataloging of business process flows.
• Collaborate with product owners to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Handle incidents per SLAs and maintain platform health.
• Update and maintain existing integrations with changing requirements.
• Document requirements, solutions, processes and provide training as needed.
• Drive continual service improvement with best practices and reusable assets.
