Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations across ITSM processes.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, and web services.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework and governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and design integration architectures using ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain integrations via ServiceNow Integration Hub and external REST APIs.
• Configure core ServiceNow modules including CMS, workflows, and CMDB.
• Collaborate with product owners to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Ensure SLA adherence and incident resolution for integrations.
