Job summary

Castle Water is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement customised ServiceNow solutions supporting business needs. You’ll configure modules, build workflows, and create integrations with other systems to ensure stability, security, and scalability.

A heavily customised platform is in use, requiring strong development and collaborative skills. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of practical experience with ServiceNow modules: CSM, FSM, SPM.
• At least 1 year of proven experience with ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Certified Application Developer (minimum 2 years’ experience).
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customise and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow configurations and customisations.
• Ensure the platform’s stability, security, and scalability.
• Provide first and second line of support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
