Job summary

Xalient is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Managed Services team in the United Kingdom. This hands-on technical role focuses on platform development, automation, and enterprise integrations to deliver value for customers.

You will design, configure, develop, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM/SPM, build advanced workflows with Flow Designer and Integration Hub, and mentor colleagues while providing technical consultancy on the

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer in enterprise-scale environments.
Expertise configuring and deploying ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Strong customer-facing experience and technical documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Document and configure customer requirements with functional and technical detail.
Design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM.
Build advanced workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Mentor and coach junior staff; act as technical lead on projects.
Ensure solutions adhere to coding and design standards; report issues.
Provide technical consultancy to customers on the ServiceNow ecosystem.
