Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the Group Information Services team. The role focuses on configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions that support IT infrastructure and service delivery globally.

You will work within the ServiceNow Build team, applying ITIL-aligned practices and collaborating with GIS and Operate teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant on medium to large-scale ServiceNow platforms
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices
• Extensive experience in IT Service Management and ITIL principles
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery teams
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Perform complex ServiceNow development and configuration to meet requirements
• Design, develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow functionality
• Deliver new functionality and enhancements to existing applications
• Work in an Agile delivery team
• Collaborate with GIS and Operate teams to analyse and report on development activities
• Ensure development follows Computacenter standards and security requirements
• Contribute to standardised ServiceNow solutions deployable across customers
• Investigate and resolve technical and business issues
• Provide documentation and testing for high-quality solutions
• Communicate requirements and solutions to stakeholders
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and promote best practices
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments
• Identify and report security events per IT policies
