Job summary

You will design, build and maintain scoped applications, data models and integrations, with a focus on performance, upgradeability and operability within a managed service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in complex, heavily customised ServiceNow environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and set architectural direction.
• Design and build scoped ServiceNow applications and data models.
• Develop advanced server-side and client-side JavaScript.
• Shape requirements into technical designs with customers and stakeholders.
• Design robust REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Ensure platform health, upgradeability, and code quality.
• Review code and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot high-impact production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor developers and document runbooks.
• Collaborate with admins, frontend, UX, and service delivery teams.
