Job summary

Vbeyond is seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives in a regulated environment. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and 5+ years in Architect/Lead positions, delivering end-to-end implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM.

You will leverage scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ATF, and CMDB expertise to design secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.
Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side)
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Service Portal / Employee Center
ATF
CMDB architecture
Enterprise integrations: REST, SOAP, MID Server
End-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Security model: ACLs, Roles, Domain separation
Experience in Agile environments
Excellent written and verbal English
Ability to work in high-pressure, regulated environments
Desirable: CTA or CIS certifications, DevOps/CI/CD, PA and Reporting, cloud infra familiarity, audits/regulatory compliance initiatives
