SNAP Special Needs Action Project seeks a Service Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery across Highlands services in Inverness. You will support the operational team, ensure person-centred care, and maintain compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.

You will work closely with the Chief Officer, lead service development, and manage resources to sustain high-quality outcomes for children, young people, adults and families.

Competenze

• Experience in leading regulated care or support services.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding, risk management and quality in care settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of SNAP's services and support the operational team.
• Oversee safe, high-quality service delivery and ensure needs, risk assessments and plans are understood.
• Ensure safeguarding, regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards are maintained.
• Support recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal and staff development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, families and professionals.
• Oversee referrals, reviews, incidents, complaints and service improvement actions.
• Represent leadership in planning services, staffing and resource management.
