ENABLE Scotland is seeking a dynamic Service Manager in Helensburgh, Scotland to lead and develop frontline teams delivering person-centred support. You will coach Team Facilitators, manage resources, and ensure services meet quality standards for people with learning disabilities.

You will build strong relationships with families, social care professionals and the local community, driving continuous improvement and safeguarding.

• Experience leading teams in social care environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and professionals.
• Commitment to person-centred approaches and inclusive practice.
