Job summary

Enable Scotland is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Team Facilitators and Personal Assistants in delivering person-centred care for people with learning disabilities across Moray. The role requires driving service quality, building relationships with families and care professionals, and promoting ENABLE Scotland's mission in the local community.

The successful candidate will oversee service delivery, support staff development, and work to secure high standards of care while promoting

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Supported Living/ front-line services.
• Experience managing teams and driving culture change.
• Commitment to inclusion of people with a learning disability.
• Understanding of Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
• SSSC registration requirements and relevant SVQ qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Facilitators and PAs to deliver person-centred care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with families, social care professionals and commissioners.
• Lead local service strategy and represent ENABLE Scotland in community partnerships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing staff development.
