Call-In Homecare Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our local branch, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care and compliant operations. You will lead quality assurance, manage budgets and collaborate with local authorities.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage scheduling, and build strong relationships with clients, families and external partners.

Formación

Minimum SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a care management or senior supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance and quality standards.
Excellent communication and people-management skills.
Ability to work full-time in Glasgow office.

Responsabilidades

Service leadership—managing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Staff supervision—supporting, developing and mentoring care teams.
Compliance management—ensuring all regulatory, contractual and organisational standards are met.
