Job summary

Routes Healthcare in Brighouse seeks an experienced manager to lead from the front, owning a portfolio of complex care packages and driving service delivery across the region.

You'll oversee clinical teams, including nurses and case managers, manage training needs, maintain high standards, and work with integrated care boards and commissioners. Regular travel to visit clients and teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing complex care packages with clinical interventions.
• Track record of managing teams of healthcare professionals (nurses, case managers).
• Solid understanding of CQC compliance and Health and Social Care legislation.
• Practical commercial awareness of the healthcare market.
• Organised, self-motivated and proactive.
• Full driving licence and access to your own car for work.

Responsibilities
