Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Service Designer to join multidisciplinary teams, driving end-to-end service design from ideation to testing, applying established tools and methods, and championing inclusive and accessible design practices.

You will create artefacts such as user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and flow maps, align with Government Digital Service standards where relevant, and collaborate in an agile, cross‑functional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing services and products.
• Experience working with government service standards or similar design standards.
• Ability to create service design artefacts such as journeys, personas and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service design from ideation to testing within multidisciplinary teams.
