EY Studio+ UK is seeking a Service Design Senior Manager to lead a growing practice. You will shape service design strategies, manage client engagements, and drive end-to-end projects from insight to implementation across diverse sectors.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, navigate complex challenges, and balance ambitious, feasible solutions with strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable business impact for EY and its clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering service design work at senior management level.
• Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and complex client projects.
• Strong storytelling, analytical and communication skills to articulate opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Service Design Practice within EY Studio+ UK and oversee client engagements.
• Manage budgets (>£100k) and allocate resources across multiple projects.
• Partner with clients to define strategy and translate insights into scalable services.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive innovative outcomes.
• Promote EY capabilities and values in external discussions and pursuits.
