Job summary

National Highways are recruiting for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to own MIDAS, overseeing performance, reliability and continual service improvement of a national roadside technology service. The role is hybrid with two office days per week and may be based at any National Highways location in the UK.

You will collaborate with operational teams, asset managers, engineering specialists and suppliers to maximise value, monitor incidents, and deliver service improvements in a safety-critical

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, IT or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing critical IT/OT services in large operational environments.
• Experience guiding service performance data, stakeholder engagement and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance, reliability, resilience and improvement of MIDAS.
• Lead fault, event and problem management of the service.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, asset management, and suppliers across the lifecycle.
• Analyse performance data and risk to drive service enhancements.
