The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a dealership, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a busy dealership.
• Technical skills and experience are essential.

• Able to build rapport and foster customer loyalty.

• Advise on technical queries or issues.
