We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Sunningdale.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and answer any questions or queries they may have. You will liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure vehicles are ready on time. Additionally, you will offer the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This role requires a customer-first approach; you'll take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Senior Service Advisors work flexible patterns, which may include weekends, to provide the highest levels of service.
No previous experience is necessary; we welcome applications from individuals eager to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses run by BMW to support your career development.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background is beneficial, as you will be delivering high levels of satisfaction in a busy environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential.
