Working alongside the service, parts and technician teams, you will be a key member at the heart of our client’s operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling all functions on a busy service desk
• Taking payments
• Scheduling booking & appointments
• Raising job cards
• General administration

Personal Requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident with I.T
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (or similar) desirable
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Free parking
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays. Increases with time served.
• Company uniform
• KPI Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1800. Possibility of 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 0800-1200, so flexibility is essential.

Salary: up to £34,000 (depending on experience)
