Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our Watford team. You will design, build and run security controls across our cloud-native platforms, including AI-focused protections, and work with engineering to ship secure code continuously.

You will automate security processes, perform risk assessments, monitor system access, and help maintain disaster recovery capabilities, partnering with 1st/2nd line InfoSec teams and product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying security controls in cloud-native environments.
• Proven ability to deploy AI security solutions and guardrails.
• Automation of security processes using code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management translating risk into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy security controls across cloud-native platforms.
• Run vulnerability scans, monitor access logs and detect anomalies.
• Automate security processes as code and embed IaC checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct risk audits and translate findings into practical recommendations for engineering teams.
• Plan and test security backup and disaster recovery processes.
