Job summary

Apprentify is seeking a Senior SDR to join our City of London sales team. This office-based role focuses on high-volume outbound activity, targeting senior decision-makers in a B2B setting to build early-stage pipeline.

You will conduct consistent prospecting, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, and push the revenue engine while keeping CRM updated and aligned with targets. This role offers base salary with uncapped commission and ongoing training in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months’ track record of hitting targets in an outbound sales role.
• Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone.
• Driven, resilient approach with a focus on results.
• Excellent organisation and activity management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
• Connect with and qualify key decision-makers across target organisations.
• Schedule high-quality meetings and develop sales pipeline.
• Build credibility quickly and uncover commercial challenges.
• Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate activity and pipeline data.
• Deliver against and exceed outreach and revenue targets.
