Job summary

Apprentify in Wilmslow is seeking a Sales Development Representative to create new business opportunities across the UK. You'll engage with potential clients about their people and development needs using phone, email, LinkedIn, and face-to-face networking.

You'll learn to have commercial conversations, build rapport, and turn conversations into genuine opportunities. The role includes a tailored Sales Academy, ongoing coaching, and clear progression from SDR to BD roles, with six positions

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and progress deals.
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers across HR and L&D.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and potential clients across the UK.
• Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to create opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline and book meetings.
• Use HubSpot to keep pipeline organised and track progress.
• Develop knowledge of Apprentify programmes and AI/digital skills.
